I was a part of this amazing shoot back in September. Holding these images in has been extremely hard but so worth it! The day was absolutely perfect. Nice weather, beautiful design, a gorgeous couple, an amazing Utah location, and the NICEST group of vendors a girl could ever work with! A huge thank you to Michelle Cousins of Utah Events by Design for asking me to be a part of this amazing shoot!

I am so grateful for this photo. I am usually the one with the camera so its rare that I am in front of it. I gave my step-mom a crash course in using my camera while vacationing in Mazatlan, Mexico this past week. This is what she came up with. Thank you so much Camille.
I love my husband more than I can begin to explain. And Mazatlan. And warm sandy beaches…

Its no secret that I am in love with bright colors. Once stepping foot through my front door, it’s very obvious. You’ll see it in my clothing choices and my hair color. And in my photos. Although I have a hue I normally flock to (yellow), I love all things bold and bright.
Lately though, I am head over heels for black and white images. I feel that there is so much more depth in a photo when black and white. So much truth. So much honesty. It’s almost as if you are there. Smack dab in the middle of the moment.
